Luis first quickly diagnosed all of the drainage issues. He then identified that the drain tube of the Water Softener was the issue. He helped me identify that the drain tube was not part of the drainage system and saved me a costly repair job that would not have solved the main issue. He was very efficient and polite. I highly recommend this company and Luis!

This was our second service call for a different part of the yard. Luis did a great job.He arrived on time and wasted little time in clearing the drains.Our technician, Ray, arrived shortly before 9 a.m. and proceeded to spend nearly two hours digging around in the front yard (NOT doing the pipe repair or main drain cleaning). My husband finally asked what he was doing. Ray said he thought the water pressure was low and was investigating that. That was not what he was here for. He did then begin working on the pipe repair but could not finish the drain cleanout because of the time spent investigating water pressure. Now we have to wait another 10 days to get the main drain cleaning done, so we are not terribly happy. We would prefer someone else to come on the 27th. Please do not bill us until the job is complete.
